To Make: 12 cups water 2 1/2 cups diced ham/ham hock
In large soup pot, bring water to boil. Add Split Pea Soup mix and ham. Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour or until peas are soft and tender. Stir vigorously or puree to mix peas. this will make the soup creamy. Makes 10-12 servings.
Ingredients: Onion, chicken bouillon (no msg), mixed vegetables, garlic, spices, split green peas.
Use the seafood in your freezer. Be creative!
