To Make:  1/2lb. (225G) Andouille sausage, Italian sausage or other spicy smoked sausage, chopped in chunks.
1 lb (450g) shrimp or chicken     1 lge can (796ml) diced tomatoes  5 cups water

Add sausage & diced tomatoes. Heat for 5 min. Add shrimp or cooked chicken and cook for another 5 min.  Makes 4 – 6 servings.

Ingredients:  white rice, mixed vegetables, beef bouillon (No MSG), onion, spices.

    My wife and I enjoyed this nice meal starter kit. I followed the directions for the basic meal prep but chose to sub in for the Andouille some fresh okra, low fat Turkey breast sausage and fresh shrimp.This was a delicious and hearty meal. There was plenty for another day.
