To Make: 1lb(450g) ground beef/turkey 1 egg 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed/2 cups fresh chopped spinach 12 cups water
Combine ground meat, meatball spice package & egg in bowl. Mix thoroughly. Roll into 1/2″(12mm)balls.(Approx. 90). Arrange on sprayed baking sheet with sides. Bake @ 350oF (175C) for 15 min. Transfer to paper towel & drain. Set aside.
In lge soup pot bring water to a boil. Add Italian Wedding Soup Mix. Cook stirring occasionally for 20min or until veg & pasta are tender. Add meatballs & spinach. Simmer for 15 min. Makes 10 servings.
High in selenium, Vit B12 & zinc. Low in sugar. Yummy!
