You Add: 1c (250g) bacon/ham, 8c water, 1/2c white wine (opt), 2c (500ml) half & half cream.
Chop bacon/ham & fry until crisp. Bring 8c water to boil in lge pot. Add bacon/ham, Bacon, Potato & Leek Soup Mix, white wine (optl) and simmer for 45min or until veg are tender. Remove from heat; remove bay leaves & add cream/milk. Garnish with fresh cilantro/parsley. Makes 8-10 servings.
Ingredients: onion, chicken bouillon (no msg), chives, spices, potato flakes, dried leeks.
